i'm making a prototype for a sort of MMORPG type thing.
this probably isn't gonna be an actual thing, it's just for fun.
I made custom mob spawners using a really god spawner command generator ( https://www.minecraftupdates.com/summon-command-1.8 ).
i've finished only one area, the graveyard. the forest and plains are still being worked on.
i'm trying to make the objective of it to get as much EXP as possible and enchant your gear.
currently I'm having a bit of a problem with the mobs spawning too many monsters and kind of flooding the area in which they spawn, any tips for that?
also, I want to have a villager that will sell lapis lazuli and enchanted books for emeralds, but I need to make the mobs drop emeralds. is there a way to do that?
thanks in advance.
(btw the zombies in the plains picture are level 2 zombies)
well great, my worlds got corrupted. guess I'll have to rebuild it. at least this is an opportunity to make it better.
Hello. I am working on a 1.13 datapack that gives you a new set of tools for every 5 exp. levels you gain. Currently it has a few bugs:
1. You can infinitely duplicate your armor/tools due to the way the datapack runs the replaceitem command once every tick
2. Occasionally it stops working for no reason.
I'm also working on another one where by running a function command it gives you a kit (I currently have travelling merchant and knight, but am working on alchemist)
It could be cool to use it with your map, as you said the objective is to get as much exp as possible.
